Group classes can be booked directly here on the website but if you're looking for 1-1 training or walks, please get in touch to discuss your needs and these can be scheduled to suit. 

As your training provider, I will aim to help in any way I can and will never judge you! If you're unsure as to where to turn, please drop me a message and I'm always happy to help. Please note that I work on a mobile basis & 1-1 sessions will be carried out in your homes or at a nearby agreed location.
